Mr. William Musonda is a professionally qualified and experienced Civil Engineer. His experience has mainly been in the field of hydraulics, dams, earthworks, construction, roads and storm water drainages.

He started his career in 1995 with ZCCM Limited as a Senior Assistant Engineer at Technical Services in Kalulushi. He later joined the World Food Program as District Engineer responsible for Chingola and Luanshya projects from 1998 to 2000. He had a short stint with Knight Piesold Consulting Engineers in 2003 before joining the World Bank funded Copperbelt Environmental Project as a Civil/Geotechnical Engineer from 2003 to 2012 under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance and National Planning. The unit was taken over by ZCCM-IH in 2012 where he was appointed to the position of Resident Engineer.

He holds a BEng degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zambia and an MSc degree in Civil Engineering (specialising in Water Resources Engineering) from Katholieke University of Leuven and Vrije University of Brussels in Belgium. His other qualifications include a Certificate in Environmental Management from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute in Namibia and has skills in project planning, design, construction supervision and project management. He is a Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia.

Mrs. Nalolo Chibwe is the Analytical Services and Quality Assurance Manager of Misenge Environmental and Technical Services Limited (METS). She joined Misenge Environmental and Technical Services Ltd on 14th February 2022.

Mrs. Chibwe is a qualified Chemist.

She started her career in 2007 with Konkola Copper Mine PLC as Senior Chemist at the Analytical Services Laboratory in Chingola. She also served as Sectional Chemist in various sections of the laboratory. She later joined Lafarge Cement Zambia as Works Chemist in 2013 and was responsible for producing high quality cement that met international standards. She was also responsible for alternative fuels to replace fossil fuels. She left Lafarge Cement Zambia as Quality Manager in 2020.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Zambia and Master of Science degree in Sustainable Development (specialising in Development management) from University of London. Her other qualifications include a Certificate as Lead Auditor of ISO 9001 Management systems from BSI in India and was management representative responsible for ISO 9001 (QMS) and a Certified implementor in General requirements for competence in testing and calibration laboratories (ISO 17025).

She has skills in laboratory management and validation methods.

She is a Member of the Chemical Society of Zambia.

Mr. Makani Moonga is the Procurement Officer of Misenge Environmental and Technical Services Limited (METS). He joined METS on 4th April 2022. His responsibilities include providing overall procurement and supply chain strategy, leadership and hands-on support to senior management.

Mr Moonga has over 19 years’ progressive working experience in operations, procurement and supply chain functions within the Oil Industry, Commercial Water Utilities, and the Mining Industry. He began his career in January 2004 with Lublend Limited, a lubricating oil blending company in Ndola as a Production and Operations Assistant. In December 2005, he joined Kafubu Water and Sanitation Company where he held various positions such as Stores Officer, Purchasing Officer, Acting Purchasing and Supply Manager among others. In July 2015, he joined Lusaka Water and Sanitation Company Limited as Stores Controller where he worked for three years before joining Chambeshi Water and Sanitation Company in September 2018 as Procurement Officer.

Mr Moonga has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, Public Procurement Regulations and various donor funded Procurement Rules and Regulations such as World Bank, African Development Bank and FIDIC among others.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zambia; a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Business Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Greenwich University, United Kingdom; a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Economics from Mulungushi University and a Diploma in Production and Operations Management from Evelyn Hone College. He is a Corporate Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MZIPS).

Mrs. Constance Mulama Sampa joined Misenge Environmental and Technical Services Limited (METS) in September 2014. Mrs. Sampa has over 8 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Business Administration. Prior to joining METS, she worked under the Ministry of Health at Livingstone Central Hospital as Assistant Human Resource Management Officer.

She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from The Copperbelt University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Lusaka and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Commerce. Mrs. Sampa is an Associate of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).

Mr. Brighton Zulu has over 15 years of progressive work experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing both at strategic and operational levels.

He started his career in 2007 as a Sales Executive at Barclays Bank Zambia Plc (now ABSA Bank) before moving to Ndola Lime Company Ltd (now Limestone Resources Ltd) as a Marketing Officer. At Ndola Lime Company Ltd, he rose through the ranks to the position of Marketing and Sales Oversight Manager where he managed the Zambian, DR Congo, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Burundi Markets. In 2018, he moved to the Zambia International Trade Fair Limited (ZITF) as Marketing Manager where he successfully hosted the 2019 Trade Fair. While at ZITF he was seconded to Mukuba Hotel Limited to head the marketing function of the Hotel. He joined Misenge Environmental and Technical Services Ltd in August 2021 as Business Development Manager. He has vast B2B and B2C experience in the mining industry, construction, manufacturing, marketing and hospitality industries.

Mr. Zulu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northrise University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Copperbelt University and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). He is an associate member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.

Ms. Sandi Namwinga is the Company Secretary/Legal Counsel of Misenge Environmental and Technical Services Ltd (METS). She joined METS in February 2013 as the Company Secretary/Legal Counsel.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and is a member of the Law Association of Zambia. Prior to joining METS, Ms. Namwinga worked as a Legal Officer at ZCCM-IH which she joined in 2002. Ms. Namwinga has held the positions of Assistant Advocate and Legal Aid Counsel at Chali, Chama & Company and the Legal Aid Department in the Ministry of Legal Affairs (now renamed as the Ministry of Justice) respectively.

Ms. Namwinga has experience in the areas of civil litigation, commercial transactions and company secretarial work.

Mr. Ezra K. Chisenga is the Chief Financial Officer of METS having joined the company in March 2016. His joining the company in that year was a movement within the group coming from Mawe Exploration and Technical Services Ltd where he held the position of Company Secretary/Accountant. He has also been on secondment to Ndola Lime Limited as a Company Secretary.

His previous engagements were Chief Finance Officer and Company Secretary at TAP (Zambia) Limited as the last position held. He joined TAP as Finance Manager and was later appointed Manager Financial and Market Analyst. Before joining TAP he worked as the Chief Accountant for York Farm Limited. The rest of his time, he was with KPMG and Deloitte and Touch.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Management College of South Africa (MANCOSA) and has been a fellow of both the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA) since 2005 and 2007 respectively.

Mr. Enock Simfukwe is the Projects Engineer of Misenge Environmental and Technical Services Limited (METS). He joined METS on 25th May 2022

Mr. Simfukwe is a professionally qualified Civil Engineer with over 13 years practical experience in Civil/Structural Design and project supervision as well as project management.

He started his career in 2011 with ZCMK Consulting Engineers Limited in Lusaka as a Civil/Structural Engineer. In 2017 he joined the Ministry of Local Government where he worked as Director of Works under Local Authorities. Before joining METS he worked for First Quantum Minerals Ltd in Kalumbila as a Civil Engineer under the Technical Section.

He holds a BEng Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Zambia. He is a Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia.

Dr. Ikukumbuta Mwandawande is an experienced Zambian geologist and Environmental Specialist with many years of work experience in mining geology, mineral exploration, environmental management, and university lecturing.

He is a graduate of the University of Zambia with a Bachelor of Mineral Sciences (B.Min.Sc) Degree in Geology. In addition, Dr. Mwandawande has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.

He has therefore acquired a broad range of skills and knowledge in geology, environmental management and numerical modelling of metallurgical processes using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). In the environmental field, Dr. Mwandawande’s work experience includes both local and international involvement in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Auditing, Environmental Baseline Studies and Environmental Scoping Studies with particular focus on mineral exploration and mining projects.

He is currently working with Misenge Environmental and Technical Services limited (METS) as Environment and Radiation Safety Specialist. He has also worked as a lecturer in Environmental Engineering at the Copperbelt University and as Senior Lecturer and Head of the Environment and Tourism Department at Livingstone International University of Tourism Excellence and Business Management (LIUTEBM). Dr. Mwandawande is also up to date with recent developments and trends in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) which is currently a big topic in the mining industry worldwide.

In the Geology field, Dr. Mwandawande has experience in different geological settings including sediment hosted copper deposits of the Zambian Copperbelt, sandstone hosted uranium deposits in the Zambian Karoo Basin, magmatic nickel sulphide deposits in the Zambezi belt and hydrothermal gold deposits in different parts of the country. He has worked as a Senior Technical Advisor in Geology, Environment and Mineral Processing at PEXA Mineral Services Limited, Production Geologist at Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and as Exploration Geologist at Albidon Zambia Ltd and African Energy Resources Limited. He has acquired skills in relevant computer software packages including ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth Pro. He also has good knowledge of mining software including GEOVIA Surpac, Leapfrog and Datamine Studio RM.

Mrs. Mwambwa Sinyani Musonda is a qualified Accountant and Public Sector Auditor with over 10 years of extensive accounting, audit, compliance and risk management experience, and notable success in significantly improving internal processes and audit quality control. She is skilled in numerous accounting and auditing fields including planning and execution of audits, analysis of accounting and financial data, preparation and review of financial statements and identification and remediation of internal control deficiencies.

Mrs. Musonda possesses a strong experience in public sector auditing having worked as Auditor and Assistant Auditor at the Auditor General’s Office, Zambia. She started her career in 2012 working for Investrust Bank Zambia Plc.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – Finance from University of Wales -Institute Cardiff, a BA (Hons) Accounting from University of Wales, UK and Foundation in Business from Holborn College, UK. She is currently studying CA Advisory Level with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Licentiate Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants..
