Mr. Paul Kaluba is an accomplished, high energy Senior Business and Marketing Executive with 27 years’ leadership experience in the FMCG sector.
Mr. Kaluba possesses a strong African experience having worked for the Coca Cola Company for 17 years in senior challenging roles spearheading various products, sales and routes to marketing strategies in Swaziland and Lesotho as Operating Marketing Manager, South Africa as Senior Operations Marketing Manager and Zambia, Botswana and Namibia as Country Manager.
Mr. Kaluba sits on various Boards as Chairman of large financial services companies and has a strong track record in corporate governance with an established track record in spearheading various initiatives that grow sales, enhance profitability, market share, quality and business sustainability.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership from UNISA.
Mrs Grace M.Walker has an environmental and operational turnaround background with over 20 years working experience in the mining industry. She is a talented and enterprising professional adept at lateral thinking to facilitate an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement and effectiveness. She has a diverse set of skills that have seen her thrive in various roles over the years.
She is currently the Manger SCM Organizational Effectiveness and Business Excellence for Ambatovy Joint-Venture in Madagascar. Her previous roles include Corporate Affairs Manager and Environmental Manager for Barrick Lumwana, in which roles she demonstrated and delivered strategies that improved processes and increased cost efficiency.
Mrs Walker has an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of London.
Ms. Jennifer M. Njelesani is a Finance Professional with over 33 years’ experience in multi-sectors. She has 26 years of managerial experience and 15 years’ experience at a strategic level.Ms. Njelesani is an experienced turnaround strategist who has worked in various strategic, executive and senior financial management roles and specialises in strategic financial turnarounds, public sector finance optimisation and international financial reporting legislation. She is a strategic leader with advanced technical skills who has led diverse teams to performance excellence achievements.
Ms. Njelesani currently serves as a Director in the Government of Zambia. She previously worked as Senior Manager (Interim Chief Financial Officer) at the office of the Auditor General of South Africa (AGSA) amongst a number of other senior roles.
Ms. Njelesani has served on and continues to serve on a number of Boards and specialises in adding value in the areas of Finance, Audit and Risk.
Ms. Njelesani has an MBA from the University of Roehampton (United Kingdom), is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a PHD candidate with the University of Zambia.
